Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Customised digital products, such as personalised QR codes or digital memorial pages, become non-refundable once created and delivered.

You may terminate your service whenever you choose. Fees already paid for services rendered before cancellation cannot be recovered. Following cancellation, account access continues through the end of the current billing period, after which the account converts to a free plan and premium services cease.

Final Words operates in accordance with applicable laws across jurisdictions. The service restricts availability in areas where prohibited by law and does not permit use in countries facing trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes from the UK or other authorities. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws when using our services.

Promotional offers come with specific conditions provided at the time of the offer. Multiple offers cannot be stacked unless explicitly permitted.
